Job Responsibilities

• Combine the current status and planning of the product, communicate with product personnel the goals and main content of user research projects
• Plan and design user research proposals, such as user sample design, interview outline design, questionnaire design, experimental design, etc.
• Participate in researching user behavior and usage scenarios, optimize existing product design flaws and propose optimization solutions. Conduct user interviews, usability tests, focus group interviews, observe user operations, etc., to obtain user behavior and feedback data
• Participate in competitive product research, user feedback and data analysis, conduct product usability and ease-of-use testing and evaluation. Conduct in-depth analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, extract user needs and product optimization needs conclusions, and write research reports
• Analyze industry trends, participate in analysis and evaluation of products and related competitive products
• Communicate research results with product personnel, promote the transformation of research results into products

Job Requirements

• Majors in human factors engineering, human factors ergonomics, human-computer interaction, cognitive science, psychology, etc., master's degree or above preferred
• Able to apply various methods such as controlled experiments, physiological and psychological measurements, ethnographic observation, computer simulation and data mining to study human physiological, psychological, behavioral and social attributes and characteristics, and apply the results to the design and improvement of AI interaction products
• Strong comprehensive research ability, including but not limited to research topic selection, research proposal design, research implementation and execution, data analysis and argumentation in the field of AI interaction, with independent ability to write Chinese and English papers and reports, etc., those who have published relevant papers in important domestic and international academic journals are preferred
• Excellent report presentation and output ability, able to interpret and share research findings in multiple forms for different audiences, including but not limited to articles, speeches, salon exchanges, etc.
• Strong initiative, good at learning and summarizing, willing to disseminate and share
• Able to withstand high-intensity work pressure, good teamwork spirit, and good cross-team communication and collaboration skills
